Our Team

Dani Rockey

President and Founder

Since entering the senior living industry in 2010, I recognized a significant gap between the available resources and the actual needs of families navigating this transition. In early 2022, I established Seacoast Senior Advisors to address these challenges and provide comprehensive support throughout the transition process.

This initiative has allowed me to assist families in a meaningful way, guiding them through the complexities of senior living. Many families feel overwhelmed and require help with various tasks, including selecting appropriate care options, downsizing, and managing the sale or rental of their homes after a move.

As a licensed Maine Healthcare Administrator, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. I also hold several real estate certifications, including Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES), Seller Representative Specialist® (SRS), and Accredited Buyers Representative® (ABR). These qualifications enable me to effectively navigate the real estate market, ensuring that families receive the best possible guidance when selling or purchasing a home tailored to their needs, in association with Getty Real Estate Services.

Additionally, I am a Certified Dementia Practitioner and a Support Group Facilitator, allowing me to provide specialized support for families dealing with dementia-related challenges. Our team is also proud members of the National Association of Senior Move Management, further enhancing our ability to assist families during this critical time.

We are committed to providing personalized assistance, ensuring a smooth transition for you or your loved ones, and we look forward to supporting each of you through this journey.

Gregory Collins

Director of Operations/LSW

MaineCare Applications Assistant for Families

Greg is a native of Maine and grew up on the East End of Portland near the Portland Observatory. He currently lives with his partner in the historic district of Factory Island in Saco, Maine. In his free time, he enjoys visiting Maine’s beautiful beaches, trails, and walks with his rescue dog, Roscoe. He is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine, where he received a BA in Psychology and a minor in Deaf Studies.

After graduating from USM, Greg worked as a Case Manager in the behavioral health field working with adults and children with intellectual disabilities. Greg built lasting relationships with his clients because he was able to help them achieve their goals by focusing on their strengths, and exercising his strong communication & organizational skill set. Greg’s calming demeanor and strategic approach to problem solving empowered his clients to overcome any obstacle they encountered during their time of working together.

After working in the behavioral health field for over ten years, fostering relationships, and exercising his lifelong passion for parlaying skills, Greg’s next career move brought him one step closer to a career in real estate, something he had thought about for many years. In 2014 Greg accepted a role as a  Sales & Marketing Specialist at a retirement community. Here is where his interest in real estate really peaked. In this position, he found a passion for working with individuals to help them navigate through a difficult life process of down sizing their home and then buying into a real estate property within the retirement community. Greg became an expert at gaining people’s trust by helping them navigate through a transition period in their lives to make a plan to where they feel safe, happy and satisfied with their buying decision.

As your Associate Broker, you can count on Greg from start to finish and everywhere in between. Like his previous work with his clients in the behavioral health field and his work with retirees, you will have his complete undivided attention, care, and respect. He understands that buying or selling a home is a journey, and you can be rest assured that he will be dedicated to helping you every step of the way.
